Henk brings over 35 years of International Management and Business Advisory experience. He has a profound experience in how differences in culture and ways of working internationally affect business, gained while working in various industries.

Henk was a Managing Partner of Trompenaars Hampden-Turner from 2006 to 2019. Between 1995 and 2005 he was Partner in Charge of Management Consulting in KPMG Portugal. From 1989 to 1994 he facilitated the Post Merger Integration of KPMG Consulting in Europe as Executive Partner. The creation of ONE international network of over 80 practices in 25 countries was aimed at cross border co-operation, where cultural differences and diversity were embraced and brought together. He also had intensive working relations with the Americas and Asia Pacific. Prior to this he was Executive Manager in Interim Management in KPMG Consulting in the Netherlands.
