نحن نقدر متدربينا تقديراً كبيراً ونوفر لهم الخبرة العملية ذات الصلة التي تساعد الطلاب على وضع تعليمهم موضع التنفيذ، وتطوير مهاراتهم القيادية التي تمنحهم ميزة تنافسية تتناسب مع اهتماماتهم الأكاديمية والشخصية أثناء سعيهم للحصول على وظيفة دائمة أو مواصلة الدراسة. وتحقيقاً لهذا الهدف، نقبل عموماً ثلاثة متدربين في كل دورة أكاديمية. وبالمقابل، يدعمنا المتدربون في الحفاظ على ذروة الابتكار في مجالنا. نحن نرحب بانضمامهم إلى فريق عملنا المتنوع للغاية - فهم لا يطورون ثقتهم بأنفسهم فحسب، بل يثروننا بثقة.
