Iryna joined us in December 2022 as a cross cultural consulting support intern. She has responsibilities for the digital development of Trompenaars Hampden-Turner’s services as well as client facing dialogue.

She is an Ukrainian and a culturally sensitive creative deep thinker and mediator between cultures and processes.  An ex-entrepreneur and a mental health advocate.

“In my internship at Trompenaars Hampden-Turner Consulting (THT), I completed a eLearning certification program as part of my onboarding and gained valuable experiences in leadership, management, and team building. THT specializes in cultural awareness and diversity, and I had the privilege of working closely with Fons Trompenaars and my team members. I  am given the opportunity to contribute to the company’s growth strategy and managing a successful digital project towards a MVP.
