Interning with THT during 2018 was a pleasure as it provided a space for development after my masters before deciding on my chosen career.  I was included in a very diverse team of interns and THT allowed my academic and personal interest to develop to pursue a permanent position which I did.  Whilst interning, I was responsible for the investigations into the Culture Game which allowed further development thereafter.  I was provided with a development course at Utrecht University in Gaming to further understand what is required in the plan.

I am now Consultant of Organizational Design at Deloitte in Amsterdam.
