Peter is our esteem knowledge partner. He has worked extensively as an academic and management consultant throughout the world with many leading organizations.
One of Peter’s vital contributions at THT has been to support the development of our unique cross-cultural knowledge management database and design of our unique diagnostic tools, ensuring its reliability and consistency through ongoing rigorous analysis. He is Trompenaars Hampden-Turner’s innovater and statistician, working with Maarten Verberg to innovate Trompenaars Hampden-Turner for the future. Peter continues to support the development of Trompenaars Hampden-Turner’s cross culture and knowledge management database and its reliability and consistency through extensive rigorous analysis.
In the academic space, he is currently Emeritus Professor of International Business at the Ashcroft International Business School (AIBS), Anglia University, UK. He was formerly Professor of Management at the East London Business School.
He has an extensive research and publication record and a published author on business and marketing across culture. He is an innovator at Trompenaars Hampden-Tuner on computer-based corporate models and simulation studies for business strategy development and formulation. More recent research is concerned with transferring business and management models to other cultures and markets.
He co-authored the books Business Across Cultures and Marketing across Cultures with THT colleague Fons Trompenaars, and has written numerous academic and practitioner articles.
