Bas holds a degree in Business Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and has held senior roles at Booz Allen Hamilton, Innosight (founded by Clayton Christensen), and COFRA. In the field of culture change, he works closely with Fons Trompenaars and Trompenaars Hampden-Turner.
