Faye is geboren en getogen in de VS, maar verhuisde in 2021 naar Nederland en studeert voor haar BSc in Business Administration (Finance, Organizational Behaviour, Statistics, Economics) aan Nyenrode Business Universiteit.

Ze begon haar stage bij Trompenaars Hampden-Turner in september 2024 als Product Project Support.
